ORDERING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 2pm EST will begin
processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of
merchandise.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following forms of payment:

All orders are subject to credit card authorization and
verification prior to processing and we will not ship orders unless all billing
information is correct.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged only to states where
jewelbilee-nyc.com has a physical presence. Currently this includes:
New York: 8.375% will be applied to all orders.
ORDERING AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATIONS
After ordering, you will receive an email confirming
receipt of your order and one to notify you when your order ships.
COLORS
Jewelbilee-nyc.com has made every effort to display as
accurately as possible the colors of the merchandise that appear on our site.
However, since the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot
guarantee that your monitor will accurately display the actual colors of the
merchandise.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges must be received within 7 days of
date of delivery for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN OR ALTERED, a copy of
original receipt and ALL original tags attached. We do not refund shipping and
handling fees. There are no refunds only store credit. All returns of
merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please call
(917) 613-5736 to obtain a Return Authorization or email us at
info@jewelbilee-nyc.com. Once you receive a Return Authorization, you may
send the returned merchandise with the original receipt to:

Please note: Final sale merchandise may not be
returned or exchanged. This includes all PERSONALIZED jewelry,
fine jewelry and sale items. If FINAL SALE
items are returned to us they will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
We cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or
compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. We will process your
return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2-weeks for your store credit
to be processed and emailed to you.
*Upon receipt of returned goods, jewelbilee-nyc.com has the
right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy
requirements.

SHIPPING POLICY
Please note: If item ships without insurance and is lost, we cannot replace the item. If you choose insurance, we can file a claim and replace the item at no charge once the claim is settled.
Standard Delivery:
$10 USPS Ground No Insurance
$15 USPS Ground With Insurance
$15 FedEx Ground No Insurance
$25 FedEx 2-Day With Insurance
$35 FedEx Overnight With Insurance
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped USPS 2-3 day.
We do not ship to
international or PO address.
Your order will not be processed unless the billing
and shipping address is identical.
There is an additional charge for shipping more than one item if the total cost exceeds $1,000.00
